The Showing Assistant’s role is to assist the Buyer Agent in the field so that he may focus on generating new business and writing/negotiating contracts. The primary responsibility will be to show properties to buyer clients, provide feedback, and to occasionally meet clients for property visits who are already under agreement. After all showings, the Showing Assistant will relay any questions and feedback to Buyer Agent and update the CRM (as necessary).
Showing Assistant will be responsible for developing the required skills by shadowing Buyer’s Agent, in addition to attending trainings related to these duties. Once Showing Assistant has demonstrated the ability to perform these tasks proficiently without assistance, Showing Assistant will be expected to be comfortable working alone with Buyer Clients.
The ISA’s role is to cultivate both buyer and seller leads and to set appointments for Buyer Agent and/or Listing Specialist, as well as documenting all client communication in CRM database. The Inside Sales position is often the first impression prospective clients have with our company so personality, communication skills, and attention to detail are very important. This position will be an integral part of our core sales team.
